Room Details
Our newly renovated RV sits on a double wide lot situated on a ridge which overlooks Golden Pond. There is a stone patio and deck surrounding the RV which offers a picturesque view of the pond and campground. Down the steps towards the pond sits the bonfire where there is a clear view of the stars above. Attached to the RV is a screened in porch to relax, play games, or share a meal. Inside the RV can sleep up to four people with a private bedroom with a Queen mattress and a pull out couch in the living area. There is one bathroom which includes a shower. The kitchen is equip with all of the essential tableware and cookware along with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and of course a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full Refund 5 days prior to arrival. Non Refundable after that.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is after 3PM; check out is 10AM. Early check-in requests are not guaranteed, but we will always let you know if the campsite is ready early if you’ve already checked in. Late checkout (until 1pm) can be accommodated for a $50 fee, based on availability..
BRING YOUR DOG
Golden Acres welcomes all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for up to 2 dogs. There is a 2 dog maximum with an 80lb maximum weight each. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into Golden Acres. Dog accommodations must be booked online.
-Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
-Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.
-Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.
-Golden Acres is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.
BRING YOUR BOAT
Golden Acres welcomes you to bring your boat with prior approval. Upon availability we can offer a boat slip on our community dock for an additional $50/night or you can store your boat on the trailer in our storage lot for $25/night. We do not allow any of our guests to store their boat/trailer inside the campgrounds.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the RV. If you smoke inside your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense.
OVERNIGHT STAY POLICY
No pitched tents, easy ups, pop-up shades, or RVs are allowed on the property or in the parking lot.
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted.
Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
OCCUPANCY
Maximum of 4 people allowed. This includes children. Please keep in mind small space living – 4 adults in an the RV would be a tight fit.
AUTHORIZATION FOR INCIDENTALS
Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit equal to the full amount of your stay will be taken at the time of booking.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for deposits.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION BY PROPERTY POLICY
Golden Acres reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of Golden Acres is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday and Event weekends may require a 3-plus minimum night stay.
DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS
Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
TAXES AND FEES
All accommodations are subject to applicable taxes based on the nightly room rate.
CHANGES IN OFFERING AND OTHER INCIDENTALS
Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. We will do the utmost to fill specific requests.
SECURITY
Golden Acres is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in Minnesota is 21 years. ID is required by all persons consuming alcoholic beverages.
